A presentation by IKC President Séan Delmar, to Sean Carroll for his and nephew, James Newman’s Papillon, Multi Ch Expana’s Sea Dragon Conqueror, who finished 2017 as the Irish Kennel Club Dog of the Year, thanks to his many BIS and RBIS wins, and who also won the Toy Group at Crufts the week before.
