Pup of the Year 2012, ‘Quinn’, aka 13 months old Alldenria Eveready, qualified at Limerick at just 6 months and four days during the Munster Circuit, owned by Noel Beggs and June Wall, he goes back four generations of Everready Rottweilers to their big winning Ch & GB Ch Kanesbrook Black Commodore. PUP OF THE YEAR 2012 - 2nd Place
Runner-up was Tracy Shelly’s homebred Shar Pei Zaralee Gotta Lotta Nerve. Now almost 18 months old, ‘Twitch’ has enjoyed quite a winning career, having taken best overall in the Tibetan Breeds Gala under Michael Forte when she was just four months old. Now a junior champion, she was puppy stakes winner at Banbridge under June Bollard and took BPIS at Fermoy international under the aforementioned Michael Forte, who must have been delighted to see her go so far at the final.
PUP OF THE YEAR 2012 - 3rd Place
Third was Carmel Coogan’s Pug Kingpoint Where Them Girls At, a Finnish import who qualified at Dun Laoghaire under UK judge Ronnie Irving.

Sally and Sean Burns and Mary and Val Coghlan co-own the Standard Poodle Sarnia Magic Once More at Valentine, who was handled to fourth place by Sally, having qualified at Newtownards under Philip Behan.

The Keeshond Lyntova Midnight Dream, owned by Brian and Maureen Carroll, qualified at Clonmel under Wal Westren, and finished in fifth place.
PUP OF THE YEAR 2012 - 6th
Ross Delmar handled his Smooth Fox Terrier Shillelagh Port Vino to sixth place, having qualified at Bangor under Colette Muldoon.
PUP OF THE YEAR 2012 - 7th
Puppy stakes winner at the IKC National under Jean Lawless was Colette Cole’s Shih Tzu Cloughlea All That Jazz for Samchi, who finished seventh in the final.
PUP OF THE YEAR 2012 - 8th
Eighth placed was June and Andy Cairns’ Dobermann Tuwos Jackie O, handled by co-breeder Josh Henderson, who had also handled this Scottish-based dog to win the puppy stakes at Irish Ladies under Diane Stewart-Ritchie.
PUP OF THE YEAR 2012 - 9th
The puppy stakes representative from Bray under Willie Dobbin was Louis Hogan and John Yek’s Pekingese Pearlstone Suzi Wong, and she finished ninth overall.
