The stakes classes were judged by American Donna Francis, Donna’s champion stakes winner was Colette and Roger Perkins’ Pointer Sh Ch Kanix Fate of Brent. Second was Jimmy Duggan’s top winning Siberian Husky Ch/GB/Int Ch Bedarra Cold Paws Warm Heart for Leorient; ‘Flint’, handled as always by wife Anita.

BANBRIDGE '15 JUNIOR STAKES
Topping the junior stakes under Donna Francis was Sally and Sean Burns and Val and Mary Coghlan’s Standard Poodle, Dinastii The Libertine Afterglow, 13-month-old ‘Bert’. Second place went to Heather Turner’s 11-month-old Jack Russell Terrier, Ducklings JR Just Non Stop.

BANBRIDGE '15 PUPPY STAKES
Donna Francis judged the Puppy Stakes where her winner and qualifier for next year’s Pup of the Year final was Ann Ingram, Kay Ryan, Leanne Bryant and Lisa Nelson’s Toy Poodle, Nasileen Notorious at Tirkane, ten-month-old ‘Mick’. Runner-up was Conor Cahill and Mary Kilroy’s Akita, eight-month-old ‘Zero’, Roycon Raising Hell.

BANBRIDGE '15 VETERAN STAKES
Donna Francis’ veteran stakes winner was Pamela and Ryan Hunter’s eight year old Whippet Ch/GB/Int Ch Mossbawnhill It’s All About Me, with second place awarded to Stuart Pearson and Carole Dodds’ ten-year-old Dalmatian, Pollypeck Premier Passion.

Second place went to the Australian Shepherd, seven-years-young ‘Prowler’ aka Ch/Am Gr Ch Bayshore Stonehaven Cat Burglar, owned by Neil Allan, Robert Harlow and Tracey Douglas who handles him and with whom he lives in Ireland.

Paul Lawless judged group 5 and his winner was Stephen Minogue’s recently crowned Pup of the Year Japanese Shiba Inu Jiltrain Jackpott, whose wins this year have taken ‘Jackson’ to the top of the Gain Pet Foods/ICP/Dog World Top Winners Leaderboard. Runner-up was Liz Wogan’s Keeshond, Ch/GB Ch Neradmik Uptown Girl Deminiac.

It was ‘Beau’ the BIS3 winning Bichon Frisé Ch/GB Ch Ashmair Double Act, owned by Ashling Connolly, who took top spot under Judi Andrew-Tempest. In second spot was Sally Burns, Mary Coghlan and Lesley Howard’s Toy Poodle Ch Grayco Splash The Cash, ‘Geoffrey’ having gained his title at IKC Celtic Winners.

Gerry and Pauline Clarke’s Irish Wolfhound Lady Rose of Shantamon won group 10 under American judge Betty-Anne Stenmark, en route to BIS4, with Dee Langley and Linda Thomas’ 14-month-old Borzoi Otrada Amur Zlatoyar at Zoribo, ‘Sunny’ second.
